A: Our fireplace surrounds are crafted from marble, and each design shows the natural veining of its stone. Check each product page for the specific marble.
Q: Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
A: Not exactly. Stone is a natural material, so colour, veining and pattern vary from piece to piece and no two are alike. Because this variation is part of the character of stone, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds for it.
Q: How do I care for natural stone?
A: Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner or mild detergent and warm water, then dry with a microfibre cloth. Blot spills straight away, rinse with water and mild soap, and avoid placing hot items directly on the stone. Our stone care guide has more detail.
