We ship Australia wide. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship Internationally.
Dispatch of goods is within 7-10 working days of order from our Adelaide Warehouse (SA only). All other states, allow 2 weeks from your online order to door delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email. This dispatch and delivery estimates allow for public holidays and unforeseen minor delays.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. All deliveries require signature upon delivery. Although we highly recommend signing for all packages, if you do specify to “Authority to Leave” or any instructions to leave your order, and the package goes missing, we will not be held responsible for any lost orders.

What if you don’t deliver to my postcode? Although our courier will deliver to most postcodes across Australia, there are a few places that are not on their list. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try and offer another shipping alternative for you.
SHIPPING – LARGER ITEMS
Coffee tables, Café tables and Dining tables – Deliveries for our large pieces of furniture are arranged through an independent contractor. Once your order has been placed on our website, our dispatch team will be in contact to give you a cost estimate based on your location – from there our contractor will be in contact to arrange a delivery time and payment.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays. AMS Surfaces takes every effort to ensure quick and smooth delivery but does not take responsibility for any delays that may affect shipping carriers. If you haven’t received your package in 7 business days from dispatch from AMS Surfaces, please advise us in writing at email@example.com and we will investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.
