Returns Policy And Disclaimer
All our stone products are handmade and will vary slightly in size, colour and pattern to those visible on our online store. Each stone piece is unique, no two pieces are alike. Some pieces may have minor imperfections which are unavoidable due to their handmade nature and stone properties. We do not issue exchanges or refunds due to any of these variations. We hope you enjoy the unique beauty of your stone piece.
DESIGN YOUR OWN TABLES
The table base and table top selected will be delivered in separate boxes. These elements will require assembly by the purchaser. All assembly items as well as instructions will be delivered with the products. It is up to the purchaser to also check the AMS Homewares website for updated assembly information.
As the tables are a do it yourself system, care must be taken during the assembly of the timber or steel base and the gluing of the stone top to the base.
AMS Homewares will check all units prior to dispatch, any damages during assembly or after is not the responsibility of AMS Homewares.
Spare assembly items (if required) will be available if necessary, please email: info@amssurfaces.com.au
It is not anticipated any items will arrive damaged, however if there are any deemed damages, these are to be photographed by the purchaser and emailed to info@amssurfaces.com.au for management to assess.
Please check care and maintenance for care of the timber and steel bases and stone table tops.
CHOPPING BOARDS/CHEESE BOARDS
Are engineered stone and require care and maintenance. Please see the care and maintenance pages for instructions. Care must be taken when handling and using the boards.
TIMBER BASES
Timber bases are natural timber and colour variations may occur, this is due to the variation of natural timber. Please see care and maintenance for more information on caring for your timber base.
